These vegan snack ideas are perfect for vegans, health enthusiasts, and anyone looking for nutritious snacks on the go.

1. Roasted chickpeas croutons - Drain and rinse a can of chickpeas, then toss them with olive oil, salt, and your favorite spices. Roast them in the oven at 400°F for 10 - 15 minutes or until your perfect level of crispness and golden "brown-ness."
