Ingredients
- 1 Hass avocado
- 1/2 cup vegan yogurt (substitute with vegan sour cream)
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 3-4 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (adjust to taste)
Instructions
- Combine: Combine all the ingredients in a bullet or blender until well combined.

Notes
Storing this sauce for a short period of time in an air-tight container is fine, but I recommend consuming this sauce fresh. If storing, transfer it to an airtight container, press plastic wrap directly onto the surface to limit air exposure, and refrigerate it to keep it fresh for up to 2-3 days.
Adjust the amount of garlic based on your preference and the size of your cloves.
