Dive into the season with this Healthy Vegan Pumpkin Spice Frosty – a cold, creamy delight that blends pumpkin and autumn spices into a guilt-free vegan treat, perfect for savoring the essence of fall.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 3 ripe frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any plant-based milk of your choice)
  • 4 tablespoons maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • a pinch of salt
  • ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie)

Instructions

  1. Blend: Add the ingredients to a blender. If you prefer a colder smoothie, you can add a few ice cubes. Blend everything until smooth and creamy. If your smoothie is too thick, you can add a bit more almond milk to reach your desired consistency.
