Description

This easy vegan mint dressing is a delicious sauce to top any salad or meal. It's so quick to make with simple ingredients. This dressing is light and refreshing, adding flavor to so many dishes.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves ( ~20 g)
  • 1 tbsps lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (alternatively use agave nectar)
  • 1/2 cup vegan mayo
  • 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • water (as needed to thin out)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dressing: Combine the mint leaves, lemon juice, maple syrup, mayo, salt, and black pepper in a bullet or blender. Taste and adjust the seasoning if desired.
  2. Serve: Serve over your favorite salad or grain bowl.
