This is a super easy vegan ranch dressing. It's creamy, herby, and tastes so much better than the store-bought brands.

- 1 cup vegan mayo
- 1/4 cup plant-based milk
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried dill
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried parsley
- 2 garlic cloves, minced or 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: Mix all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl. Refrigerate in an airtight container until needed.
Notes
This is a herby ranch dressing. Adjust the herbs to suit your tastes.
I have tried many vegan mayonnaise options, and the variations between them are minimal. They all taste great!
If you like it less thick, add one tablespoon of milk at a time until you reach your desired consistency. If you want it thicker, add one tablespoon of mayo at time and adjust the herbs and seasonings.
